Temporary Remote Work Arrangements – August 2026
The public and all regulated entities are hereby advised that the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) will implement a temporary remote work arrangement from Monday, August 3, 2026, to Monday, August 31, 2026.
Please be advised that the FSRA's office will remain open to the public during this period and will continue to be staffed to facilitate in-person services where necessary.
To ensure the efficient processing of business during this period, regulated entities are requested to observe the following:
- Electronic Submissions: All routine submissions should be sent electronically to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., with copies forwarded to the assigned Manager/Supervisor and the Regulator responsible for the entity. An acknowledgement will be provided upon receipt of the submission.
- Physical Submissions: Documents that are required to be submitted in their original form, including legal or notarized documents, bank deposit slips, and audited financial statements, may continue to be delivered to the FSRA's office during normal business hours.
- Meetings: Meetings will, where practicable, be conducted via telephone or online communication platforms.
- Official Correspondence: During this period, the Authority will issue official correspondence primarily by email. Such correspondence will bear the notation "By Email", indicating that a physical copy should not be expected unless otherwise advised.

Regulated entities and members of the public may continue to contact the FSRA using its main telephone number at (758) 468-2990. Where necessary, regulated entities may also contact their assigned Managers, Supervisors, or Regulators via the usual mobile contact numbers.
